Based in the United States, Statlab has been a leading supplier of medical & diagnostics supplies for over 45 years. Working from state of the art facilities and delivering highly certified products from their 2 distribution centres in Texas and Maryland.
Their brief
Following acquisitions and mergers of subsidiaries, the Statlab site was launched as an ecommerce channel to allow customers to order in an efficient and flexible way.
Statlab had an established EC instance but sought a more proactive, supportive agency.
Our process
We audited the site before moving to our development framework with the support of Epicor. The site was then upgraded to latest versions and we began to scope a range of enhancements to improve efficiency and and customer engagement.
We delivered
The result was a seamless transition to our support processes. Quickly followed by a multi-version upgrade to latest EC and Magento versions.
We have continued to provide upgrades, redesigns and enhancements for over 3 years.
