A specialist electronics distributor covering almost 30 territories and multiple currencies, Profusion have a need to communicate their extensive catalogue to a range of users, all experts in their own needs.
Their brief
Scale of catalogue and reach of audience were both key challenges. The nature of the product also presented a unique challenge. Images of these products are of little consequence, detailed specifications are key.
Our process
We defined the audience types and common user journeys across multiple segments to focus on the key information to communicate and best means to convert.
Consideration was also given to multilingual and multicurrency to facilitate international reach.
We delivered
A custom themed ecommerce experience revolving around a bespoke product listing page that surfaces key product information, live stock availability and more.
The EC instance also features 27 geotargeted sites offering transactions in 3 currencies.
